2. Data we process

We may process information you provide when contacting or booking (name, phone number, email and appointment details), plus limited technical browsing data to improve the website. Where you submit our contact form, the email address you provide may also be transmitted to Google in hashed form so that we can measure the performance of our advertising, as described in section 6. This only happens if you have accepted advertising and measurement cookies.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use your data to manage appointments, answer enquiries and deliver requested services. Legal basis is mainly pre-contractual/contractual necessity and, where applicable, consent.

4. Data retention

We keep data for as long as needed to manage the client relationship and to comply with applicable legal obligations.

5. Sharing and processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the providers we need in order to reply to you and to run this website:

• Form delivery. Messages sent through our contact form are transmitted by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) and delivered to our email inbox. This provider is located outside the European Economic Area.
• Website measurement and advertising. Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, in connection with Google Analytics and Google Ads. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which Google LLC is certified, and the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Advertising and measurement

We advertise our services through Google Ads. To understand which campaigns generate enquiries, we use a Google feature called enhanced conversions.

If you have accepted advertising and measurement cookies, the email address you enter in the contact form is converted in your browser into a hashed value before it is sent to Google. We do not send your email address to Google in readable form. Google compares this value with the hashed data of its own signed-in users in order to attribute the enquiry to the advertisement you clicked, and does not use it to build an advertising profile of you.

A hashed email address is still personal data under the GDPR, which is why we only carry out this processing with your consent.

Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

If you do not consent: no personal data is sent to Google. We still record that an enquiry was made, but only as an aggregated figure that does not identify you.

You can withdraw your consent at any time through the “Manage cookies” link in our footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out beforehand.

7. Cookies

This website uses cookies, including cookies used for the advertising measurement described in section 6. Non-essential cookies are only installed if you accept them, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the “Manage cookies” link in our footer. 8. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by emailing info@marbellash.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
