Booking & Cancellation Policy

This page explains how bookings, cancellations, changes, punctuality and conditions work for Marbellash services and training courses.

Services (in-studio)

To ensure proper scheduling and a high-quality service for every client, Marbellash applies the following policy:

Appointment booking

Some services may require a prior deposit to confirm the appointment. This amount will be communicated at the time of booking.

The appointment will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received, if required.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellations or appointment changes must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

If this notice period is not respected:

  • The deposit will not be refundable.
  • For appointments without a prior deposit, Marbellash reserves the right to request advance payment for future bookings.
  • Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice may result in the inability to book future appointments without advance payment.

Punctuality

Please be punctual. In case of delay, the service may be shortened or cancelled depending on the time available, while the full service fee will still apply.

Training

To ensure proper planning and the highest quality in training courses, Marbellash applies the following policy:

Place reservation

A training place is reserved with a minimum deposit of EUR 100.

Depending on the course, this deposit may be EUR 200 or higher; this will be indicated in advance.

For private training (1:1), 50% of the total amount will be required to confirm the place.

Payment may be made by bank transfer or Bizum.

The place will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Remaining balance

The remaining balance must be paid before the day of the training.

Cancellations and date changes

Due to the organisation and personalised preparation of each training course:

  • The amount paid is non-refundable in all cases.
  • A date change will be allowed provided it is requested at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability.
  • Requests made outside this timeframe, as well as non-attendance on the day of the training, will result in the total loss of the amount paid, with no right to reschedule.

Minimum number of students

Group training courses require a minimum number of students to go ahead.

If that minimum is not reached, Marbellash reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule the training course.
  • Or offer the option of a personalised private training course (1:1).

Private training (1:1)

If held individually, the training will move to a personalised private format, adapted to the student's pace and level, with the corresponding price increase.

Acceptance of the policy

Making the payment implies express acceptance of this booking and cancellation policy.
